Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro / Tier 2–3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment through our courier partner's website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
